Tasting Note: Notes of violet, bacon fat and black pepper. Rich and velvety this is outstandingly good value for money and it’s definitely worth stashing away a few bottles!

Background: From an 80-year-old plot in front of the domaine, it is named Cuvée Tardive as it needs a few years in bottle to show its full potential - though the 2019 is wonderful now!
