Tasting Note: Very fine. Fresh and concentrated. Beautiful floral, peony perfume with ripe, dark fruit. Excellent attack and a long finish.

Background: From vines on average 40-years-old. Aged for 8 months in tradditonal  foudres. 

Serving: Room temp (15-17°C).
