Tasting Note: With notes of peach, grapefruit & exotic flowers. The palate is an intriguing mix of green herbs, lemon peel and white chocolate. The soils here are extremely rocky and rich in the same types of limestone found in nearby Chablis.

Background: Aged in oak, circa 10-15% new barrels.

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
