Tasting Note: Fresh and incisive with notes of smoke, wet wool, honey and salt. Incredibly original, beautifully crafted white Burgundy.

Background: Champs Perdrix is located at the top of the hill in Nantoux. The soil here is very thin with a maximum of 60cm top soil then there’s just flat rock, it’s very chalky here with no clay.

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C)
