Tasting Note: This wine always has a strong saline note, great energy and vitality. Layers of bright red cherry and black raspberry are complemented with savoury, spicy notes. On the palate it is juicy with soft, supple tannins and a distinct graphite note. Refined and expressive, it is a wine of tremendous elegance. 

Background: Entirely sourced from the Sea View Ridge vineyard. The fruit is 95% de-stemmed fruit and aged in 100% French oak, 23% new, for 14 months.
