Tasting Note: Zesty, juicy and spicy with white pepper, wild strawberry and crushed rock. Somewhere between a cru Beaujolis and fine red Burgundy/. Lively, precise and very digestible!  

Background: From old vines are planted at 300 metres altitude. 

Serving: Serve straight from the fridge (8-10°C).
