Tasting Note: These wines display characteristics of crisp orchard fruits, white flowers, and with developing notes of honey, almond, and beeswax. It’s a great pairing for pork sausage or some goat cheese.

Grape: Romorantin

Farming: Organic & biodynamic (certified)

Tasting Note:  Fragrant with notes of green apple and seaweed, with a waxy texture, and intense, racy acidity. 

Pairing: A Lebanese feast, the acidity and minerality match well with vibrant, flavourful food.

Background: From the rare and indigenous grape variety Romorantin which is only found in the AOC of Cour-Cheverny. 

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
