Grape: Carignan & a tiny bit of Grenache Noir, 10%

Tasting Note: A glorious wine! So aromatic with exceptionally silky, melted, exceptionally fine tannins. Ethereal and other worldly! 

Background: From 125 year old vines, on a limestone plateau that on average deliver a tiny yield of 20hl/ha. Maturation is in tank, amphorae 18 months.

Serving:  Room temp (15-17°C). Drink now or keep for a decade, or more.
