Tasting Note: Tense and round with hints of fennel, chamomile, hawthorn and white fruit and even a touch of wasabi. Ripe fruit and bright acidity - extremely digestible! 

Background: From half a hectare of young vines on clay and limestone soils. Aged in tank.

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
