Tasting Note: Gorgeous aromas of white and red fruits, crème pâtissière and a touch of honey. The palate is creamy and mouthfilling with red apple, pear and redcurrant. Taut and chalky finish.
Background: From fruit grown at the Clos des Vignes du Maynes made in the traditional method, zero dosage with 1.5g/l sulphur added at disgorgement.
Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
