Tasting Note: Fresh lime, grapefruit and tropical fruits with floral aromas and flavours of peaches and meringue on the palate. Zesty, bright and creamy - the is an incrediblely complex, dynamic Sauvignon that ages beautifully.

Background: Ageing is in small stainless steel and French oak barrels, an amphora, and one ceramic and two concrete cuves.

Serving:  Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
