Background: From numerous plots across Saint-Romain, from vines averaging average 40 years old. Ageing is in 80% stainless steel and 20% new oak. Very smart white Burgundy and listed in 23 of France’s Michelin 3-starred restaurants.

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
