Tasting Note: With notes of green apple, pear and crushed rocks. The palate has lovely richness and minerality with a spicy finish and lots of energy. A supremely stylish Combettes with a long life ahead of it. 

Background:  Aged in traditional 228 litre Burgundy barrels on the lees for 12 months.

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C)
