Tasting Note: Rich and pure with lavish raspberry fruit. There is a lovely spicy note on the long finish. More structure and body here than in the Miss A cuvée. 

Background: This vineyard is a monopoly of the domaine. All the fruit is de-stemmed and ageing is in barrel for 12 months. 

Serving: Room temp (15-17°C).
