Tasting Note: From 45 year old vines from parcels in and around Verzé. Zesty with white floral notes this is a bright, energetic wine that works brilliantly as an aperitif.

Background: Made in the Maillet style of long, cool  fermentations, circa 9 months, in epoxy lined concrete tank. 40-50 mg of total sulphur.

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
