This is predominantly Pinot Noir. It is vinified in steel tanks with wild yeasts before being aged for 12 months on the lees. There is no oak used here.

Tasting Note: A gorgeously fruity, fresh and elegant wine full of perfumed, crunchy red and blue fruit. Very, very drinkable and perfect served slightly chilled - a brief spell in the fridge or ice bucket - on its own, or with a plate of cheese and charcuterie.
