Tasting Note: Full of crunchy red apple and berry fruit, this is a spectacular sparker that has real personality. Fresh, saline and mineral - this comes highly recommended!
Background: Gamay is one of the key varieties in Saint Pourçain and here, it is gently pressed so as not to extract the colour from the skins. Then it is aged for 20 months on the fine lees to preserve its elegance and enhance its texture.
