Tasting Note: The nose has that classic, evocative Pinot note of subtle aromatics, spice, liquorice and blue and red fruit. The tannins and smooth and the palate fleshy with bright acidity.

Background: Completely destemmed fruit. Ageing is 12 months in barrel with circa 20% oak.

Serving: Room temp (15-17°C).
