Tasting Note: Ripe & juicy and full of bright, crunchy fruit with real intensity. The palate is smooth with a lovely graphite, mineral character. An excellent, chillable red that is both serious and great fun to drink. 

Background: From 50 year old vines grown close to the village of Quincié-en-Beaujolais, on sandy granite soils. 

Serving: Slightly chilled, cellar temp (12–15°C).
