Tasting Note: This bursts from the glass with scintillating energy, verve and poise. Lively and luxurious. A firm favourite chez Emile.

Background: This is the exact same cuvée as the normal village Gevrey with 100% whole bunch with zero added sulphur.

Serving: Room temp (15-17°C).

Decant into decanter/jug/carafe for 30 minutes to 1 hour before drinking.
