Tasting Note: On the nose there are notes of wet stone, salted lemons and spice. On the palate there is crushed rock, lime zest and cultured butter. Rich and Intense, and very, very fine.
Background: The Terroirs de Béru is a blend of different plots across the Chateau’s vineyards. Ageing is for 12-18 months in older, oak barrels.
Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
