Tasting Note: Intense notes of lime blossom, pink grapefruit, crème pâtissière, salt. Very Burgundian yet utterly unique at the same time. Phenomenal with so much poise. 

Background: 100% Pinot Gouges (the mutated Pinot Noir variant of Pinot Blanc, discovered by Henri Gouges in 1936 in Clos des Porrets).

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).

Decant into decanter/jug/carafe for 30 minutes to 1 hour before drinking.
